This page sets out the terms of the community offer run by Midlands Gold Traders (“we”, “us”, “our”, “MGT”). By joining the community or qualifying for any tier of the offer, you agree to these terms. These terms are a plain-language summary drafted for review and do not replace professional legal advice.

1. Who is running the offer

The offer is organised by Midlands Gold Traders. The trading community is run in partnership with Marriott Gold Trading, but the terms of this offer are administered by Midlands Gold Traders.

2. Who is eligible

The offer is open to individuals who:

• Are aged 18 or over,
• Open a live account with Vantage through our referral route (see section 3), and
• Are residents of a territory in which Vantage can legally offer accounts and in which this promotion is permitted.

Vantage may apply its own eligibility checks, including identity verification and account approval. We cannot guarantee that any application will be accepted; acceptance is at Vantage's discretion.

3. The qualifying referral route

To be considered for the offer you must open and fund your Vantage account through our referral route — the Vantage referral URL shown on this site, together with referral code CPA48V3Pw if requested during registration. Opening an account directly with Vantage through any other route does not qualify, because we can only attribute activity through our own referral link.

4. Qualifying funding levels and what you unlock

The offer has three funding levels. “Funding” means funds deposited into your own Vantage account through the qualifying referral route. Your deposit is made directly into your own Vantage account and is never paid to Midlands Gold Traders.

• £300 — STARTER (flagship tier): Private Gold trading community; 5 active Gold trading groups posting setups throughout the trading day; StratX Gold V3 Pro — FREE for qualifying accounts (free to try)
• £500 — TRADER: Everything in Starter; MGT Gold Indicator access
• £1000 — FULL ACCESS: Everything in Trader; Full community + event access; Priority support and ongoing updates

The qualifying minimum funding to receive the free StratX Gold V3 Pro Gold Bot is £300. Higher funding levels of £500 and £1,000 are available and unlock the corresponding additional access and benefits described above.

5. Verification process

To confirm your qualification we may ask you to verify that your Vantage account was opened through the referral route and that the relevant funding threshold has been met. We will rely on the information you provide together with the referral attribution data we receive. We may decline access if we cannot verify qualification or if information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

6. Bot licence and access terms

The Gold Bot is provided to qualifying users free of charge for personal use on their own trading account. Access is licensed, not sold: it may not be resold, sub-licensed, rented or transferred, and it may not be used to provide services to third parties. We may update, replace or refine the software over time. Access continues for as long as the qualifying account remains active under this offer and community membership continues; if either ends, access ends. The bot is a tool — it is not investment advice and its availability is not guaranteed.

7. Non-cash nature of the offer

This offer provides community access, tools and information. It does not pay cash, bonuses, commissions or any form of money to participants, and nothing in it alters the terms between you and Vantage.

8. No guaranteed results

Trading CFDs involves significant risk. No part of this offer, the community, the indicator or the bot guarantees profits or protects against losses. Past performance — of any community member, of the indicator, or of the bot — is not a guarantee of future results. You trade entirely at your own risk and we make no representation about the outcomes you may achieve.

9. Vantage is separate

Vantage is an independent global multi-asset broker. UK accounts are provided by Vantage Global Prime LLP and are subject to the risk warnings shown on this page. Your trading account, funds and withdrawals are held and managed by Vantage — not by Midlands Gold Traders.

Midlands Gold Traders is not a broker, not an agent of Vantage and not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. All trading activities, account opening, deposits, withdrawals and trade execution are handled by Vantage under its own terms and applicable regulation.

10. Affiliate relationship

We operate as an affiliate and may receive compensation from Vantage for customers who open and fund accounts through our referral route. This compensation is paid by Vantage and does not change the price, spreads, fees or terms you receive from Vantage. The community, indicator and bot access described in this offer are funded from our affiliate earnings.

11. Expiry and changes

We may amend, suspend or withdraw this offer, or any tier of it, at any time, including changing funding thresholds and tier benefits. Changes will be published on this page. Where a change materially affects you, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you through the community. This offer does not create a contract between you and Midlands Gold Traders and nothing here gives you a right to a particular benefit in perpetuity.
